11 burger places in Oxford: Jackson Avenue West and Merchants Drive, Phillips Grocery on South Lamar, Oxford Burger Company and Sisk Avenue.

Last checked Oct. 16, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Most of Oxford’s burger places are on Jackson Avenue West and the streets just off it, from the fast-food drive-thrus to Bim Bam and Mugshots. Phillips Grocery is on South Lamar, Oxford Burger Company is on Jackson Avenue East, Krystal is on Highway 6 West and a second Wendy’s is on Sisk Avenue.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Oxford’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 16, 2026. We added Dairy Queen, Five Guys, Krystal, McDonald’s, Mugshots, Phillips Grocery and Wendy’s from Visit Oxford’s dining directory and their own sites. Where a place has no website, or its page would not load, a recent record in the state health department’s food facility search confirms it is operating. We left off Burger King, Checkers, Cook Out and both Sonic Drive-Ins, which have no state inspection in the past year, and two bars whose sites do not mention burgers. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
